This is my attempt to catalogue my experiences doing what i enjoy most — eating, shopping, cooking, and road tripping.

Come along with me as I explore the small towns of Texas — where we find the people who make this state great and eat some really good food along the way.  I will also share some recipes and experiences from some of my other travels as well as some reviews of restaurants and retail shops in my current town, Fort Worth <— now Austin.
